Domestic Shipping
For all domestic orders, shipping is free. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship internationally!

Order Processing

Returns & Exchanges
We’re confident you’re going to love your new iya pieces, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Policy
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all packaging.
- Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
